Highgrove June Wedding


Mary and Michael’s special day was a beautiful event where an intimate crowd of close friends and family gathered to celebrate with them. The ceremony was held overlooking the lake with tons of fabulous flowers adorning the pergola and plants. Afterwards, the guests moved to the patio for cocktail hour. Crab Cakes with Aioli Sauce were passed, along with our Pulled Pork on Corn Crisps with Roasted Corn, Sweet Onion, Red Pepper, and Cilantro. The ballroom flowers were gorgeous along with the table linens and cake. Dinner was served Buffet Style and included our Spinach Salad with Berried and Candied Almonds, Pecan Crusted Bourbon Chicken, Smoked Beef Brisket with Texas BBQ Sauce, Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables.  Wedding cake, special made groom’s Lego cake, and champagne were served after dinner as the party started.
