Mid May Highgrove Weddings

More fabulous weddings to showcase.. here are two events from a few weeks ago. One was bright and fun and the other was rustic and romantic. One of the best features of Highgrove is our versatility and ability to showcase whatever your dream wedding is, whether fun and festive, chic and modern, or romantic and Pinterest-inspired... you can do whatever you like!
Our Friday wedding.. the theme was jewel tones and included peacock feathers

Highgrove May Weddings

May is here and we are full swing into the wedding season! Our weekends have been packed with beautiful events celebrating wonderful couples along with delicious food and fun. Here are some of the highlights from our first weekend in May.

The color scheme was gold and black... very elegant!

Glass gold chargers at each guest seat with the bride's own handmade napkin rings.

The bride's dress was a perfect fit for her!

The guest book-- a balloon made up of the guests' finger prints and signatures

The place cards were also the guest favors of handmade chocolates-- delish!

Guests were welcomed by our Cookies and Cork display upon their arrival.  A pairing of three different wines with homemade sweet and savory cookies.

Our Pulled Pork and Carolina Slaw Sliders

Another wedding.. isn't the chandelier hanging from the pergola lovely?

Creative idea! The bride and groom had the guests write date night suggestions on tongue depressors-- a perfect fit for this dental couple.

Our "Mr. and Mrs. Creamery" Ice Cream Station with Vanilla Ice Cream with Homemade Peanut Brittle and then Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshakes and Cherry Cheesecake Milkshakes!

The flowers were over the top for this wedding!

The sweetheart table with a lace overlay

The wedding cake!

Our Fried Green Tomatoes on Crostini with Salsa and Pimento Cheese

Another event... the flowers were perfect for this time of year... pastel and beautiful

The linen is a sheer Rosette overlay-- it is gorgeous!

Our Pasta Station was one of the 4 food stations featured that night. Guests also enjoyed the Serrano Station, a Kabob Station with Jasmine Rice and Salad, and a Carved Pork Station with Homemade Blue Cheese Chips and Carolina Slaw

Guests were asked to write a love note advice card for the newlyweds
