May 24 Highgrove Wedding

It was such amazingly beautiful weather for our 3 weddings last weekend-- we could hardly believe it was Memorial Day weekend! Our first wedding celebrated the marriage of Kelly and Josh as they shared in their special day with 70 of their friends and family. Cocktail hour included our delicious Fried Gulf Oysters with spicy Remoulade Sauce, our Sopresetta Paninis with Peach Bellinis, and our fabulous Braised Short Ribs over Wild Mushroom and Leek Risotto with White Truffle Oil-- delish! At the bar, the couple featured two signature drinks-- our Bourbon Lemonade with Fresh Mint (the perfect summer drink) and a Whiskey and Coke. The reception was held in the Garden Ballroom where guests dined on our Garden Salads, Chicken Frances with Light Lemon Cream Sauce, Sliced Prime Rib, Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes, and our Seasonal Vegetables-- all served Family Style. Cake and champagne followed dinner service and then as a special treat for their guests, the bride and groom featured our S'Mores Station on the outside patio. Complete with Homemade Plain and Peanut Butter Marshmallows and all the fixings-- the S'mores station is always a big hit with guests. We wish Kelly and Josh all the best in their new life together!
