Our last wedding of the month was another
fabulous food event where guests were treated to a huge selection of delicious
treats throughout the celebration! Michelle and Dan exchanged their vows
overlooking the lake as 100 family and friends watched on. As the bridal party
took pictures, guests dined on our Braised Short Ribs with Corn Relish, BBQ Aioli and Cilantro over
Masa Cakes, Fried Green Tomatoes on Crostini with Pimento Cheese, Shrimp
Stuffed Mushrooms, and Kabobs served three ways—Pork and Pineapple, Beef and
Peppers, and Tuna with Bacon and Tomato. As the guests entered the beautiful
ballroom they were seated for Family Style Dinner including our Acadian Baby
Greens with Fresh Berries and Candied Almonds, Pecan Crusted Bourbon Chicken,
Prime Rib of Beef with Homemade Au Jus, Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary and
Seasonal Vegetables. Following dinner guests enjoyed wedding cake and champagne
and dancing and then the bride and groom treated everyone to our S’Mores
Station complete with Homemade Peanut Butter Marshmallows and Fire Pit on our
patio. It was a memorable way to end a wonderful party! Food and Drink:
