Megan and Alan celebrated a beautiful day together
along with 160 of their close friends and family. Another beautiful ceremony
held underneath our garden pergola before guests headed to the patio for
cocktail hour. Hors d’ ourves included our Sesame Chicken Tenders, Shrimp
Cocktail Shots, Pork Sliders with Carolina Slaw, and a Cheese Display with
select cheeses from Chapel Hill Creamery paired with Local and Homemade
Crackers, Jams, and Chutneys. Guests were also treated to special
cocktails—our “Mock” and regular Mojitos. Dinner was our “Strolling Menu” which featured
our Carving Station with Beef Tenderloin and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, our
Pasta Station with cheese tortellini and selection of Alfredo, Marinara, and
Pesto Sauces and also our Salad Station with Spinach, Greek, Caesar, and Garden
Salads alongside of Grilled Chicken and Fresh Breads. The delicious menu did
not stop there… after champagne and wedding cake the bride and groom treated
their guests to our Krispy Kreme Flambe Station with Homemade Maple Ice Cream
and our Cookies and Milk Station featuring cold shooters of milk with warm
Chocolate Chip Cookies. It was truly a magical night and fabulous party! Food
