June was an extremely busy month for weddings
and we are so excited to share just a few of the pictures from some of the
weddings!
Congrats to Katie and Jordan, our first
wedding of the month! The menu was exceptional, with a huge variety of
delicious food for their guests to choose from. Following the ceremony cocktail
hour featured our Cheddar Biscuits with Ham, Sesame Crusted Chicken Skewers,
Crab Cakes with Aioli, Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms, Fried Green Tomatoes on
Grilled Crostini, and our Proscuitto with Roasted Peppers on Grilled
Crostini—yum! The guests then entered the beautiful ballroom for dinner where
guests were served a plated meal. After the first course of Mediterranean
Salads with handmade tiropeta (a Greek Cheese pastry), and our intermezzo course
of homemade Lemon Sorbet, each guest had their own special dinner entree which
included either our Chicken Frances, Beef Tenderloin with Prawns, or Talapia
with Crab Cake Stuffing—all served with our chef’s choice of sides. Champagne
and cake followed and the guests enjoyed dancing and a sparkler sendoff on the
front porch. It was a fabulous beginning to a packed month of gorgeous
